I’m glad you’re here. 

My name is Mark Bonser, and I’m a Certified Neuro-Transformation Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach. But more than any title, I’m someone who understands what it feels like to want more, yet not know where to begin.

The Evolution Of Step Beyond Fitness

Step Beyond Fitness has evolved alongside my own personal transformation. What began as a desire to help people build physical strength evolved into a deeper calling: guiding others to develop emotional awareness and resilience, shift their mindset, and change their lives. My approach is holistic. We can talk about food and  movement if that’s your goal, but we will also explore the beliefs and habits that are holding you back from lasting change.

As a coach, I help clients move beyond perceived limitations and uncover, or reconnect with, who they truly are. Whether you’re facing a big decision, feeling burnt out, or simply know there’s more waiting for you, I’m here to help you find clarity, purpose, and a way forward.
